Microsoft 365 mailbox · a shared mailbox (freight@…) is read through Microsoft Graph: booking confirmations, shipping advices, delay and arrival notices and their PDF attachments are picked up as they land. Nothing is moved or deleted.

Forwarder portals · where a forwarder has no API, a headless browser signs in on a schedule (every 15–30 minutes here), reads the shipment event list and downloads new documents. Each forwarder gets its own config: channel, date order, contact, SLA.

Your tracker · extracted ETD/ETA and milestones are written into the tracker you already use: Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Excel Online or the ERP (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP B1). Every write is logged with the value it replaced, and a person can override any date with a reason.

Extraction is rule-based per forwarder house style, with the source snippet kept for every value. Messages the rules cannot read go to a review queue, or to a model when EXTRACT_MODEL is set.

This demo runs on a generated dataset so you can explore it without credentials.
