Case study demo · Intelligence Hub
Every file, email, ERP row and tracker line, one search away
The answer to "where is lot 0042?" lives in a packing list on the shared drive, an arrival notice in logistics@, an invoice in the ERP and a row someone typed into a spreadsheet. The hub crawls all of it, OCRs the scanned paperwork (Chinese included), and puts it behind one search box, one Order 360 view, and exception reports that refresh themselves.
What it does
- Crawls SharePoint / OneDrive, Google Drive and network shares; OCRs scanned PDFs including Chinese-language packing lists
- Indexes the shared mailboxes (orders@, logistics@, ap@) and their attachments
- Mirrors ERP purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and bills, plus the open-order tracker sheet
- One search with highlighted snippets and facets; results grouped by source
- Order 360 by lot, PO, SO, container, B/L or invoice: header, timeline, every linked document, email and row
- Scheduled exception reports and saved searches: sailed-not-delivered, invoices past 90 days, POs without a lot, missing packing lists, duplicate invoice numbers
Measured on a live deployment
175,000+ files175,000+ files / 145+ GB / nearly 100,000 PDFs indexed; 220,000+ pages OCR'd (including Chinese) in about 26 machine-hours with 0.03% failure; 24,000+ emails from 3 shared mailboxes; 2,000+ searches and 450+ order-360 lookups by 15 users; nightly re-crawl in under 25 min.
