Connect Microsoft 365

In a live engagement this registers an Entra ID application with app-only Mail.Read permission, scoped to the sales mailboxes. The service reads each rep's Sent Items and Inbox through Microsoft Graph every 30 minutes, matches the first outbound reply to each assigned lead by thread and recipient, and computes the clock. Nothing is written to the mailboxes.

The same connector works with Google Workspace (domain-wide delegation, Gmail API). Leads and assignments come from your CRM, web forms, or a shared sheet.
